Our Crystal Grower Solutions (CGS) Team works collaboratively with our growers to help improve their capabilities and competitiveness.

A Glance At Crystal Grower Scheme
Smallholder farmers are important players in the agricultural system, especially in Nigeria where they provide up to 80 percent of the food supply. However, smallholder production tends to be unprofitable and reach low yields due to small plot sizes, a lack of access to finance, and weak links to markets.
Hor Crystal’s Crystal Grower Scheme is designed to solve the challenge and connect the missing link between farmers, input providers, and market access.
Our growers are provided with agriculture input together with farm management training with the objective of purchasing the product at the end of the season under a contractual arrangement.
